Long Creek Lodge
Long Creek Lodge is the ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday living where you can escape and be invigorated by the clean mountain air. This exclusive lodge with its luxurious atmosphere is located in the quiet village of Kaapsehoop, 1 of the first alluvial gold mining towns established in the old Transvaal.
Kaapsehoop village is perched on the summit of the Drakensberg Mountain range and is located 28 km from Nelspruit in Mpumalanga. This location poses and ideal tourist vantage point for exploring the surrounding tourist attractions and the Kruger National Park.
The lodge boasts individual en-suite luxury rooms. Each room features a bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, heated towel rails, down duvets, and individual access to, and a view over the expansive gardens.
More often, dense mist can be encountered during the summer which provides the ideal ambiance for evenings alongside the log fire in the opulent lounge which overlooks the surrounding countryside and forests. A full-sized snooker table in our games room provide hours of fun.
